Dr. Samreen Kaur (Principal Dentist & Director)
Dr. Samreen Kaur has been practicing dentistry since she graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Dental Surgery in 2008. She is a member of the Australian Dental Council and often participates in professional development courses in order to broaden her knowledge and keep up to date with the latest developments in dentistry.
Samreen is known for her enthusiastic and easy-going nature. She endeavors to spend time with her patients and educate them about the importance of oral health. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry but has a particular passion for cosmetic dentistry as it gives her the opportunity to make a positive change in her patient’s lives.
In her spare time, Samreen enjoys reading.

Dr. Raman Aulakh (Director/Co- Founder of Winning Smiles)
Dr. Raman Aulakh has been practicing as a dentist for over 10 years and is the Managing Director of Winning Smiles. He completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2008 and then spent some time practicing dentistry abroad. Winning Smiles Dental Surgery was established by the cute couple Dr Samreen Kaur and Dr Raman Aulakh in 2013 in Blacktown. Their 2nd Branch at Denham Court, Leppington was opened in 2017, and their 3rd branch recently opened in Galston Village Shopping Centre.
As the managing director, Dr. Aulakh strives to lead by example and continuously offers training to his staff in order to ensure that the Winning Smiles team provide the highest quality care.
In his spare time, Raman enjoys spending time with his friends.
Dr. Leela Pulavorty
Joining our team in 2018, Leela brings over a decade of industry experience.
Leela is delighted to join the amazing team of dentists at Winning smiles dental surgery.
Leela is very passionate about dentistry and keeps herself updated with the newest technology (digital dentistry) to provide the best quality care to her patients.
While enjoying most aspects of dentistry, Leela has particular interests in pain relief, calming anxious patients, surgical extractions of wisdom teeth and dental implants.
Leela is a member of ASID and has gained accreditation from the Australian society of implant dentistry.
An avid reader and an enthusiastic cook, when Leela is not at work, she loves spending time with her husband and two wonderful daughters.
Dr. Mohamed Elseyoufi
Dr. Mohamed Elseyoufi completed his Bachelor Degree in Dental Surgery in 2000 and went on to complete a Masters in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 2008. During his time studying at Charles Sturt University, he was awarded with the Dean Award of Academic Excellence.
In more recent years, Mohamed has also participated in the Fellowship of Royal Australian College of Dental Surgeons (Oral Surgery) FRACDS and completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Dental Implantology.
Mohamed is passionate about dental surgery and is actively involved in teaching and sharing his knowledge with fellow dentists and patients. He is a member of the Australian Dental Council and the Australian Dental Association (ADA).
Mohamed has a gentle and caring nature and in his free time, he enjoys being with his family.
Dr Kinnari Shah
Dr Kinnari is a compassionate and gentle dentist based in Winning Smiles Dental Surgery. She graduated from India with a Bachelor of dental surgery in 2011 and registered with Australian dental council.
She is well known by her patients for gentle, non-judgemental, caring, and friendly nature.
She strives to make your dental experience as pain free and comfortable as possible and provides quality dental care.
Dr Kinnari has a genuine desire to improve the oral health of her patients by providing comprehensive dental care to people of all ages and make a difference in the community. She values excellent infection control and preventive dentistry. She has interest in the field of cosmetic dentistry and smile designing.
When not working in the dental field, Dr Kinnari spends time in painting, travelling and cooking.

Jot (Practice Manager)
Jot is typically the first cheerful voice to welcome you when you call Winning Smiles.
Jot has been working with us as a Practice Manager since 2013.
She love to find ways to help people smile and that includes building confidence to share their smile! She always happy to answer your questions, plan your appointments, help resolve concerns and make your visits positive. It is important for her each of you enjoy a feeling of ease and confidence in our practice.
Her goal is to keep you smiling and for your gums and teeth to be healthy. Jot’s caring nature and gentle touch will make your visit with us a positive and enjoyable one. She appreciate how positive the environment is here. We all work extremely well together to provide the best service. Our staff is very warm and inviting. She love the positive energy felt by everyone and She really appreciate the attentive care our doctors and team strive to provide, as individuals and collectively, to each patient.
Outside of the dental office She enjoy cooking and spending time with her family.
